Electrical design preparation fully focused & based on customer’s requirement and based on latest IEC, IS, IEEE, NEC rules & regulation and related other guidelines. Preparation of electrical load list. It includes all Production Equipment, process, system, motors, utility machineries like compressors, boiler, chiller, HVAC, raw power, UPS power, emergency lighting, and emergency load like servers, computers. Load list shows connected power, operating power, stand-by power with the calculation of load factor/demand factor/diversity factor of each connected load.
Preparation and arrangement of single line diagram for the whole electrical system including HT-LT system with different feeders, protection schemes, and selection of switchgear are based on load flow analysis, calculation of short circuit current, relay coordination, arc flash study, and protection analysis.

Performing earthing design calculation as per standard guidelines IEC, IEEE 80. Prepare earthing layout including sizing of earthing rod and earthing strip. Calculation of the number of earthing rods, the layout of earthing rods, strip routing.
Preparation of Cable sizing & schedule as per power distribution system and it’s includes voltage drop calculation considering the critical case, derating factors, length of cable, laying type of cable, switchgear rating.
